The PDF-file is designed in a two-page book mockup-layout with a single cover page. If you watch it in your browser you will see the full spread images split up in two. If you download the file and open in in the Acrobat reader, it should display correctly – single cover page, then two page layout. If not, choose »View/Page Display/Two Page View«.
